KGM Gaming, manufacturer and supplier of casino seating, signage, slot bases, pit stands and gaming devices, has announced a new slot base partnership with American Engineered Products (AEP) to resolve pandemic-related supply chain issues, enabling both companies to control raw material costs while increasing capacity & collaborating on new products for the industry.
After supply chain issues wreaked havoc on our industry during the COVID-19 pandemic, both companies were seeking new opportunities to control costs without sacrificing quality and customer satisfaction. KGM Vice President of Operations Jack McNamara recognized immediate value in initiating a relationship with AEP.
“Because of the supply chain shortages and rising material costs, KGM had to pivot. By partnering with AEP, we can combine our resources in order to control costs while continuing to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations,” McNamara explained. “AEP’s values aligned with our commitment to customer satisfaction. This partnership was the obvious choice.”
Like KGM, AEP’s foundation is built upon commitment to a high-quality product. The organization’s recent investment in innovative industry technology complimented the offering, resulting in customer lead time reduction, increased quality for valued KGM customers, and enhanced financial stewardship for both parties.
“AEP is excited to expand our footprint throughout the US, especially in East Coast gaming properties,” said Audrey Saylor, Vice President of Operations for AEP. “KGM is well respected throughout the casino industry. This partnership will boost AEP’s brand exposure and enable us to provide premium products and services to our customers.”
